1.0 SHIPPING

We are partnered with Royal Mail; a leading courier service in the UK. 

To ensure a complete and timely delivery service to all of our key accounts, all our orders are sent tracked, and we are able to provide tracking information on request. 

1.1 Deliveries to the UK Mainland (Standard):
1.1.2 Online Orders Only:

• DELIVERY CHARGES ARE £2.99 FOR UK MAINLAND

1.1.3 All Orders (including Online/Telephone/Email/Fax): 

• Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 4.00pm* 

 

 

* We will always try and dispatch your order the same day. However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods) this may not always be possible. You will be kept updated and informed throughout and your order will be shipped at the next available opportunity. 

*If your whole consignment is not received within 14 days please notify our queries department immediately by emailing acense@outlook.com so we can follow it up with our carriers. 

2.0 DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

At ACENSE, we understand the importance of our customers receiving their order(s) promptly. That is why we offer Same Day Dispatch which promises to ship all orders placed before 4pm* the same day, ready to deliver orders within 2-4 days
