The below terms and conditions provide information for our online customers. Kindly note that the policies may be updated at any time to suit changes in business, so it is advised that these are checked before any purchases are made.
Website Data
We have measures in place to ensure all the data represented on the website is accurate and not misleading in any sense, particularly the descriptions of our products. However, if an error is detected we will remove the item(s) in question from the website until further notice and will contact any customers whose orders may have been affected by the error.
The images used are strictly for illustration purposes only; we advise that the product description is read for product information.
Kindly note that when browsing our website, the colours of products may vary depending on factors in the customer’s display settings.
Pricing
Pricing is always subject to change. Unless stated otherwise all prices presented on our website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery charge, this will be added at the final stage of the purchase, the checkout.
Similarly to any product descriptions, If we discover an error in our pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price.
Eligibility to order products:
You are only authorised to make a purchase from ACENSE if you are aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You will need an active email address and a telephone number so that we can easily contact you.
Product availability
Dispatch and shipment of all products are subject to product availability from our vendors so in the case that any item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and with or without notice we may have to stop selling products either temporarily or permanently.
We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website.
Orders
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery), and an order number. It also constitutes the VAT receipt for your product(s).
Order acceptance
Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you. Until we dispatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right not to accept any offer at any time. Should we refuse your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment
We accept PayPal, debit cards and all major credit cards for orders. We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Kindly note that taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 7 business days.
Delivery Terms
Where possible we will always try to deliver the next business day, depending on stock availability and the delivery address. We will deliver your order within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed between us. We will provide tracking details on request.
